Caucasus Barometer is an annual survey about socio-economic issues and political attitudes conducted by the Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC) in the three countries of the South Caucasus: Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The project started in 2004. Representative nationwide data is available since 2008 (before 2010, the survey was titled The Data Initiative). The 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2021 waves of the survey were conducted in Armenia and Georgia only.

Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding populations living in territories affected by military conflict (South Ossetia and Abkhazia).

Sample Design: Multi-stage cluster sampling with preliminary stratification.

Sample Size: 1,540 respondents.

Response rate: 23%

Survey mode: Computer-assisted personal interview (CAPI)

Interview languages: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian.

Fieldwork Dates: December 17, 2021 to January 31, 2022

Results are weighted.
